4. User Responsible for Actual Payments

Mr. Bixli™ is a planning and mapping utility only. The system does not connect to bank accounts, does not hold or move money, and does not make payments to creditors on your behalf. You are entirely responsible for making actual payments to your lenders, landlords, service providers, and other parties on time. Mr. Bixli™ assumes no liability for missed payments, late fees, account closures, or negative credit reporting.

5. No Bank Account Access & No Money Movement

To ensure maximum privacy and control, Mr. Bixli™ does not request or require bank login credentials, bank account numbers, credit card logins, or direct access to any financial institution. We do not move money, settle debts, or facilitate financial transactions.
